Who we are

David Fulcher qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and is the Senior Partner of the Litigation Department. He is a member of The Law Society’s Family Law Panel, The Law Society’s Children Panel, a collaborative lawyer and a qualified Mediator. His main area of work is dealing with children and family law.

Damian Norris qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and is a Partner in the Litigation Department and is a member of The Law Society’s Children Panel.

Andrew Kingston qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is a Partner in the Litigation Department. His main area of work is family law where he deals with a wide range of family law matters including divorce, financial settlement, co-habitation disputes and children matters. Andrew is also a member of Resolution and is committed to dealing with family matters in a constructive and amicable approach.

Sara Kijjoa qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and is a member of the Conveyancing Department. Her main area of work is in residential and commercial conveyancing. Sara deals with the sale and purchase of residential property, commercial property and businesses, leases, remortgages and refinancing.
